We're currently speaking with Director- and Head-of-Growth-level operators in anticipation of several upcoming searches across Pet, Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage, and Beauty.
These businesses are typically founder-led, digitally-native brands that have achieved strong product-market fit and are entering their next phase of growth.
We're interested in speaking with highly analytical, commercially minded growth leaders who have helped scale modern DTC, subscription, or omnichannel consumer brands.
You will likely have:
• 8+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Ecommerce Growth
• Experience leading acquisition and growth strategy within a scaling consumer business
• Experience operating within businesses ranging from $20m–$250m revenue
• Deep expertise across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and modern performance channels
• Strong understanding of retention, lifecycle marketing and subscription economics
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to improve CAC, LTV, MER, conversion rates and overall business performance
• A commercial mindset and ability to influence leadership teams
What these roles typically involve:
• Owning customer acquisition strategy and growth planning
• Leading experimentation across creative, offers, landing pages and customer journeys
• Driving conversion rate optimisation and funnel performance
• Developing growth forecasting and performance reporting
• Partnering closely with Brand, Product, Ecommerce, Operations and Finance
• Building scalable growth systems, processes and operating rhythms
• Managing external partners and internal growth resources
