Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Email & SMS Marketing
- Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Wunderkind to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Own segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and optimization for both channels.
- Collaborate with copy and design teams to create compelling, conversion-focused content.
- Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to maximize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Build and segment email campaigns for wholesale customers on Faire, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, legal regulations, and deliverability standards.
Customer Experience & Journey Optimization
- Use email and SMS to create a seamless, personalized customer journey across every touchpoint.
- Leverage behavioral data to send timely, relevant messages that guide customers from lead capture to retention.
- Implement automated flows that address key moments—welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure email and SMS messaging aligns with the full customer experience.
Strategy & Analysis
- Drive integrated email and SMS strategies that boost traffic, acquisition, and sales.
- Analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and refine strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices.
Collaboration &Communication
- Partner with internal teams (social, content, e-commerce) to align messaging and maximize impact.
- Work with external vendors to optimize email and SMS tools.
- Report directly to the VP of Marketing, aligning on goals and performance.

Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email and SMS marketing.
- Proven experience in project managing marketing campaigns—from briefing and execution to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Expertise in Klaviyo and other email/SMS marketing tools, staying current on digital trends.
- Shopify experience, particularly in e-commerce integration.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Passion for growth, customer engagement, and performance-driven marketing.
