The ideal candidate will have proven talent for designing delightful, clean, beautiful, and compelling user-centered products across Web and Mobile for a diverse user base, including expert government users, B2B customers, and consumer users that effectively communicate complex pollution problems, and drive action toward solving them. You will be THE key contributor in shaping and executing the product design strategy. About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and experienced UX Designer / Manager to lead and shape the user experience for our air pollution intelligence and response products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful designs that serve multiple stakeholders across governments, businesses, and the general public (B2G, B2B, B2C). Your expertise in data visualization, spatial-temporal design, and user-centric product development will be key to driving the success of our solutions.
As a leader in our UX design team, you will champion the UX voice throughout the product development process and use your deep understanding of the market and communities we’re serving to ensure the highest design standards are met. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and scientists to ensure that designs are not only beautiful and functional but also aligned with product requirements and real-world user goals.

Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this full-time exempt position if located in the SF Bay Area, New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, or Seattle metro region is $122,000 - $170,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and are informed by current market data provided by Carta Total Comp.
Within those ranges, individual pay is determined by exact region and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The hiring manager can share more about the specific salary range for your geographic region during the hiring process. Employee must continue to reside within 90 miles of location used to determine starting salary, otherwise Aclima reserves the right to make regional adjustments to pay.
