📋 What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the early stages of a company that’s advancing a new field.

• Lead design efforts across the product lifecycle, including discovery, IA, UX, UI, and IxD
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and domain experts to define problems, scope solutions, and deliver impactful experiences
• Use research, prototyping, and testing to turn complexity into intuitive solutions
• Own and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Help shape product strategy by contributing to roadmap planning, workshops, and customer conversations
• Design collateral for sales and marketing, including slide decks, one pagers, and website updates

👤 About You

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end, including some with a B2B business model
• A portfolio that shows how your design decisions solved real user problems — not just what it looks like, but why it works
• Proficient with Figma and familiar with design systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Experience working on small teams or being the first full-time designer in a company
• A systems thinker who enjoys bringing consistency to complex workflows
• Bonus: Experience in technical, regulated, or data-heavy domains (e.g., SaaS, HealthTech, Life Sciences, HR Tech, GovTech, Cybersecurity)
