Description

• We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Global Data & Digital Innovation team, supporting commercial analytics and AI initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy predictive models for patient events, HCP targeting, and commercial insights.
• Build and scale Next Best Action (NBA) solutions to optimize healthcare provider engagement.
• Design and implement ML pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and GenAI-powered solutions.
• Apply machine learning, NLP, and attribution modeling techniques to support Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Engineering.
• Work with large healthcare datasets (Claims, EHR/EMR, CRM, Digital Engagement) while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years (Master's) or 3+ years (PhD) of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP, etc.).
• Experience with Databricks, AWS/Azure ML, MLOps, CI/CD, and ML deployment.
• Pharma/Life Sciences commercial analytics experience preferred.

The pay rate range for this role is $95 - $102/hr on w2
