About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer to drive our Generative AI code initiatives. This role goes beyond management – you will write, evaluate, and refine code, while building frameworks to assess and improve AI-generated code. Key Responsibilities:

• Code Generation & Refinement: Develop, review, and optimize code to solve complex real-world problems.
• Code Evaluation: Build test harnesses, benchmarks, and automated validation frameworks to ensure code correctness, efficiency, and security.
• Model Improvement: Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to evaluate and improve code-centric AI models.
• Quality & Standards: Define code quality metrics and ensure all outputs meet production-grade standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or Principal Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) and strong skills in Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in code quality, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs/GenAI is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analysis libraries, SQL/databases, JSON, HTML, and Markdown.
• Background in STEM fields, data visualization, or AI-driven development.
