Marketing Domain Expert
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Domain Expert, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Workflow Definition: Work with AI and engineering teams to define essential marketing workflows (e.g., campaign planning, audience segmentation, brand positioning, ROI measurement).
- Evaluation Creation: Develop comprehensive evaluations and test cases to measure how well the LLM performs on marketing-related tasks, defining inputs, outputs, and success metrics.
- Capability Assessment: Assess the LLM’s capabilities in handling complex marketing tasks such as content creation evaluation, market research synthesis, and customer journey analysis.
- Data Curation & Annotation: Identify and curate high-quality marketing datasets, including customer data, campaign metrics, and market insights, for model training and improvement.
- Feedback & Iteration: Partner with product teams to provide detailed feedback on LLM outputs and recommend refinements for improved marketing relevance and effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Domain Expertise: 12+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, social media strategy, content marketing.
- Brand Management: Product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy.
- Marketing Analytics: Performance measurement, A/B testing, data-driven campaign optimization.
- Experience: Entry level, Mid-level, and Executive level professionals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate data-driven marketing processes and KPIs.
- Communication: Skilled at conveying marketing insights to non-marketing stakeholders.
- Technical Acumen: Knowledge of MarTech tools, marketing automation platforms, or basic AI applications in marketing is an advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in testing and validating marketing outputs is essential.
