🎯 Director of Marketing (Remote – Based in South Africa)

Compensation: $8–$12/hour base + performance bonuses

Schedule: Starts part-time (20 hrs/week); Full-time potential based on performance

Employment: Long-term, hourly (tracked via Hubstaff)

We’re now hiring a Director of Marketing to elevate our digital strategy, drive lead growth, and help us scale nationally. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role ideal for someone with an agency mindset who can track performance and drive smart campaigns — not just tasks.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Build full-funnel tracking with GA4, call tracking, and lead attribution
• Report weekly on traffic sources, lead quality, and conversion performance
• Audit and take over Google Ads from our current agency
• Develop and execute backlinking and SEO strategy (especially local SEO)
• Write or manage monthly blog content aligned with our brand + keywords
• Run paid ad experiments (Meta, Google, etc.) and A/B campaigns
• Improve WordPress UX and conversion flow
• Brainstorm seasonal campaigns and help fill off-season gaps
• Set up tracking numbers, lead tagging tools, and performance dashboards

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead tracking, and performance reporting

• Advanced knowledge of GA4, WordPress, Google Ads, SEO, and content strategy

• Ability to own, measure, and scale digital channels

• Proactive, strategic thinker who’s excited to help a service brand grow

• Strong English writing skills (for reports, content briefs, or blog writing)

• Bonus: Experience with U.S. service businesses or the transportation space

• Must have an active SEMrush account and be highly proficient in using it for audits, keyword strategy, and competitor analysis

• Ability to identify and fix toxic or low-quality backlinks currently impacting our site

• Proven experience in on-page SEO optimization — including improving meta tags, headers, image alt text, and adding high-impact copy to boost ranking across all key pages
