Software Engineer - Sr. UiPath RPA Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled UiPath Sr. RPA Developer with 3-8 years of hands-on UiPath development experience, a strong understanding of RPA best practices, and the ability to deliver scalable and maintainable automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions
• Utilize frameworks such as REFramework and Document Understanding (DU Framework).
• Hands-on knowledge with both UiPath Modern and Classic design experience
• Drive technical design decisions and architecture for scalable and maintainable automation solutions
• Handle screen scraping, data extraction, and intelligent document processing tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides

Required Skill Sets

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in UiPath development
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding
• Certified UiPath Advanced Developer (Proctored version only)
• Experience with RE Framework, DU Framework, and screen scraping methods
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, or .NET
• Hands-on experience automating desktop and web applications using UiPath (selectors, UI interactions, dynamic elements handling) and integration with third-party systems/APIs
• Hands-on experience in deploying bots to production environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail

Education: B.Tech, M Tech, BCA, MCA or relevant experience.

Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath

Working Hours: 4.30 AM onwards (Australian shift)

Work Mode: Remote

Salary Range: 15 LPA to 18 LPA
