About the Role
We’re a high-performance Amazon agency serving mid-market and enterprise brands across the US and Canada. We’re looking for a remote Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our inbound demand generation engine, with a special focus on founder-led marketing and content.
You’ll manage LinkedIn thought leadership, short-form video content, SEO, newsletters, lead magnets, Google Ads, and more — all aimed at attracting qualified leads and driving pipeline.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strong B2B marketer who wants to help build and scale a founder-led brand with measurable results.

Responsibilities
Inbound Campaigns & Funnel Execution
• Run campaigns across LinkedIn, email (HubSpot), and Google Ads
• Build and manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and nurture sequences
• Plan and send monthly newsletters to prospects and subscribers
• Execute paid media campaigns on Google (search, retargeting)
Founder-Led Content & Video
• Manage a LinkedIn content calendar and write posts in the CEO’s voice
• Coordinate short-form video content based on founder insights
• Work with a designer and video editor to publish engaging content consistently
• Own posting, engagement, and performance reporting for CEO-led content
Website & SEO
• Manage and update the WordPress website: landing pages, content, forms, and blog
• Optimize on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata, and basic technical hygiene
• Write and publish blog content targeting Amazon/eCommerce decision-makers in North America
Thought Leadership & Lead Magnets
• Create content assets such as case studies, white papers, and reports
• Support outbound efforts with 1:1 landing pages and custom messaging
• Identify co-marketing, guest post, or media opportunities in the US/Canada ecosystem
Analytics & Optimization
• Report on MQLs, conversion rates, ad performance, and email engagement
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, landing pages, and ad creative
• Recommend campaign iterations based on data insights

Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
• Excellent writing skills in English with strong knowledge of US/Canada tone
• Experience managing HubSpot, including email automation and CRM workflows
• Hands-on experience with WordPress site management and content updates
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices for content and site optimization
• Proficiency in running and optimizing Google Ads (search, display, remarketing)
• Confident in managing LinkedIn content calendars, including founder-led voice
• Ability to collaborate with creative resources (designer and editor) and deliver campaigns independently
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with EST time zone hours
