Overview

We are looking for an experienced Meta Advertising Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and deep expertise in Meta advertising to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Execute tasks and strategies defined by superiors and also those deemed necessary to ensure quality and the objectives established for each client.

- Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve company goals.

- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

- Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.

- Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and scaling efforts to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPP, and ROAS, and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in media buying, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

- Experience directly managing budgets of $5K/month minimum

- Experience in crafting compelling ad angles that drive conversion on Facebook

- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

- Communication Skills: Ability to present insights, collaborate with teams, and optimize messaging.

- Experience in ERP, CRM is an advantage

- Meta Blueprint certification or similar media buying certification (preferred but not required).
