Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for the property, tailored to the Chinese market
- Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence
- Determine the effectiveness of existing programs and develop new strategies
- Direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments
- Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary
- Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image
- Prepare regular performance reports and present to senior leadership
This is remote role, based in mainland China.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree from a reputable school
- Minimum 4 years of Sales & Marketing management experience or at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven record
- High degree of professionalism and business acumen with a strong understanding of Chinese & Maldives markets
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English & Mandarin language
- Proficient in MS Office suite
