Within the Commercial, Digital & Tech department, the Tribe Loyalty & Partnerships mission is to develop the best digital experiences for guests through ALL.com and within partners using our API platforms.
The Tribe manages a large scale of domains & technologies to provide efficient solutions for customer identity management, customer knowledge, selfcare, loyalty enrollment & lifecycle and partnerships development.

The Engineering Director role is the primary engineering responsible for ensuring that we deliver value to the business.
This role will report to the VP Engineering of Ecommerce, Loyalty & Partnerships and will provide input to the long-term strategy and vision of Software Development.
Your mission:
Collaboratively with the Product Director you will define the quarterly roadmap, drive successful delivery of Tribe OKRs and manage the Tribe capacity and budget.
Accountable for high level of performance and quality of the product delivery.
Define and fosters engineering standards (security, architecture, quality, performance…) and improves engineering excellence in alignment with peers
Contribute to shape the Tribe backlog by enriching it with technical items and sharing high level priorities
Encouraging and empowering the Feature Teams to deliver against the tribe’s purpose and critical metrics
Understanding issues and key areas of risk within the domain and driving risk analysis to inform strategic outcomes of deliverables
Acting as servant leader to quickly solve FT problem and remove obstacles and link connections with other FTs where appropriate
Engaging regularly with FT leaders on FT output and providing the right level of feedback to enable FT alignment and autonomy

Proven experience in leading engineering teams, with a strong ability to mentor, support, and develop technical talent.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, coupled with expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and product delivery.
Solid knowledge of cloud-based architectures and platforms, with AWS being a plus.
Extensive familiarity with the digital website’s ecosystem and best practices, including SEO, A/B testing, web accessibility, analytics, and web performance optimization.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with third parties to maintain healthy partnerships and deliver operational excellence.
Proactive and passionate about resolving pain points through exceptional design. Comfortable working with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
Committed to continuous improvement and eager to learn new skills and capabilities.
Fluent in French and proficient in professional English, both written and oral.
