User Experience Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and data-driven user experiences for a B2B SaaS platform. You will focus on designing dashboards and interfaces that make complex data actionable and accessible for educators, administrators, and other stakeholders. This role requires a mix of user research, interaction design, and data visualization skills to deliver meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and dashboards for a complex SaaS application.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Apply best practices in data visualization to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of professional UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard and data visualization design.
• Proficiency in Figma, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Background in EdTech or analytics platforms is a plus.
