We’re looking for a seasoned Python Software Engineer with a strong grasp of trading systems and financial data workflows. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the architecture and development of a mission-critical analytics platform used by global financial institutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop core platform features using Python and complementary technologies (Java, JavaScript, React)
• Lead full-cycle integration projects from concept to deployment
• Design scalable, distributed systems with performance and reliability in mind
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate financial requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and agile ceremonies
• Optimize existing functionality and propose enhancements to trading systems
• Champion best practices in software engineering and DevOps

What You Bring:

• MUST HAVE 5+ years of modern Python development, including multithreaded applications
• Strong performance tuning and debugging skills
• MUST HAVE familiarity with secondary languages: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++
• Experience in financial trading systems, capital markets, or SAAS preferred
• Proficiency with Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL and time-series databases (MongoDB, InfluxDB, ClickHouse)
• Understanding of FIX protocol is a plus
• Agile development mindset and collaborative spirit
• Passion for building scalable, reliable software that solves real-world problems
