We are seeking a skilled Mid Power Platform engineer to join our team for a pool of projects from a variety of industries (finance, automotive, manufacturing, etc.). You will be tasked with the design and implementation of software products for ongoing business projects, focusing on building and modifying Power Platform solutions to meet new requirements, improving performance, and fixing errors. The role involves collaboration with the project team, architects, and managers, providing a balance between productive work and learning under the guidance of senior colleagues. The engineer will assist junior colleagues and is expected to grow in task autonomy and decision-making within project design.
The Power Platform Engineer receives guidance from Chapter Subject Matter Experts on technical mastery as well as from their assigned Career Coach on career development planning. They also support knowledge sharing by co-creating assets to be published through Chapter channels.
Responsibilities:
Design & Deploy → Lead the end-to-end development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps solutions, applying ALM best practices and solution-aware flows.
Automate Workflows → Build and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop flows—including error handling, pagination, and custom connectors—to eliminate manual tasks.
Visualize Insights → Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX, dataflows, and shared datasets to provide real-time business intelligence.
Manage Data → Configure Dataverse entities and integrate with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure Services (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault) for robust data management.
Govern & Secure → Implement platform governance, role-based security models, and compliance policies to safeguard organizational data.
Collaborate & Mentor → Partner with stakeholders, architects, and junior engineers to define reusable templates, document design patterns, and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions.

Experience writing Office Scripts (TypeScript) for in-workbook validation and transformation, Python for automation and C# for the development of serverless functions.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative tooling (Azure DevOps, Git).
The Power Platform Engineer will receive ongoing mentorship from Chapter Subject Matter Experts and career coaching, while contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.
