WHAT YOU'LL DO & NEED:

* More than 3 years of advanced UI/UX design experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
Lead visual design and strategy with advanced skills.
Define user flows and improve interactions using strong interaction design abilities.
Create user personas from research and build user journey maps.
Set usability requirements with tech teams, applying advanced usability testing and information architecture skills.
Develop and manage the UI style guide or design system.
Mobile design experience.
Skilled in design and prototyping.
Experience with multiplatform and responsive design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, or similar design tools.
Strong storytelling skills, both visually and verbally.
Ability to work independently with clients.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Lead UX workshops to align stakeholders and encourage ideas.
In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of accessibility.
