Role Summary
The Marketing and Communications (Marcomm) Lead Advisor is a is a strategic and operational role responsible for driving, developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives. This role requires a marketing specialist with extensive experience in web and social media channels, who can collaborate with global, regional, and local market advisors, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure seamless operations and impactful marketing outcomes. The Marcomm Advisor excels in optimizing marketing experiences applying best practices across digital platforms.
This professional has strong project management skills, expertise and the ability to lead a team of marketing advisors across several markets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including web and social media channels, to support overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create and manage online marketing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
Analyze interaction data, market trends, and insights to advise on campaign journeys and programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Optimize website and mobile experiences, recommending and implementing web advancement models and ecosystem simplification.
Content and Campaign Management:
* Create and manage project work plans, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with marketing services resources, third-party service providers, agencies, designers, and writers to produce high-quality content and creative briefs.
Ensure that all content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and align with the overall marketing strategy.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
Manage agency relationships, ensuring that all third-party vendors meet project expectations and contribute to successful campaign outcomes.
Present marketing strategies and pitch proposals to clients, demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
* Assess and monitor campaign performance against objectives, metrics, and budgets, using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis (CRM) to optimize future campaigns.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, sharing results with stakeholders and making strategic adjustments as needed.
Project Management:
* Oversee schedule management to ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners to achieve project goals.
Lead project management efforts, including timeline management, budget tracking, and coordination of marketing activities.
Utilize project management tools like JIRA to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Manage purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring proper budget management and financial oversight.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in strategic planning of end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns. (on/offline marketing) or 6+ years of experience in digital marketing strategies focused on the web channel.
English level: C1
Experience in crafting marketing strategies.
Experience in best practices for digital marketing.
Experience working with clients in United States is preferred.
Experience working with Energy: oil and gas clients strongly preferred
Experience crafting low to medium-complexity marketing plans and/or programs.
Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
Good presentation skills, desired experience pitching proposals to clients), ability to think on the fly.
Able to craft verbal and written tactical recommendations and guidance for marketing professionals.
Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively.
Good time management and prioritization skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
Project Management Experience is preferred.
Experience working within project management and CRM software is preferred.
Experience in a worldwide marketing program and/or working with high-end agencies.
