This is a remote position.
Role will require: - Working with Product to understand business problem and define KPIs - Work closely with engineering to define instrumentation requirements and validation post implementation - Create detailed user funnel reports and identify pain points - Perform funnel/root cause analyses - Drive A/B tests to improve user conversions Requirements (equivalent to internal level T25 Analytics/Data Science): - Able to work with large multi dimensional datasets in Big Query - Familiar with client/server side instrumentation - Prior experience with A/B testing - Prior product analytics experience a plus
Daily Responsibilities:
In this role, the analyst would work directly with Product and Engineering to define the KPIs, identify tags to be instrumented, validate post implementation and create detailed funnel reports on user journey and highlight pain points (running queries, working with engineers to track and plan for data validation, reports, etc.)
Critical projects, directly working on improving login funnel experience. Will work with global teams to improve and optimize authentication process for end users. Using newest technologies in this project. Working on one of the most core projects in the country.
Requirements
Proficiency with SQL/Python
Managing very large/complex Datasets
Stats & A/B testing
Nice to Have: Python, experience with instrumentation
Years of Experience: 4+
Degrees or Certifications: bachelors preferred, masters is a plus
