Sr Product Designer

Accello Partners is hiring a Senior Product Designer to support one of our fast-growing healthcare technology clients—a pioneering brand focused on extending healthspan and optimizing longevity through science-backed, preventative therapies. Their custom-built internal tools are central to delivering personalized care and operational excellence. In this role, you'll design intuitive, scalable systems used by doctors and administrative staff, helping the company streamline workflows and continue redefining how people manage their aging journey.

THE ROLE

You’ll join a small, agile product team focused on transforming complex internal workflows into thoughtful, easy-to-use tools. These tools are custom-built in .NET and React—no off-the-shelf constraints—allowing for maximum design flexibility. You’ll partner closely with the Product Manager and engineering team to solve high-impact problems related to messaging, task management, and information prioritization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead design initiatives focused on tools used by doctors and admins to manage patients and internal workflows
• Develop clear user personas to inform UI/UX decisions
• Redesign internal messaging systems and task management processes currently fragmented across Slack & email
• Create intuitive flows and interfaces to streamline administrative tasks and reduce manual workload
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to validate and iterate on designs
• Translate complex workflows into scalable wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for a consistent experience across the platform
• Work with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of design concepts

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3–5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
• Proven ability to simplify complex, internal-facing workflows and information-heavy systems
• Deep experience designing employee-facing tools, especially in highly regulated or process-heavy industries
• Excellent communication skills—able to articulate design rationale and partner cross-functionally
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Experience contributing to or building design systems from scratch is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth product design is a plus.
