They’re hiring a Lead Software Engineer to help scale core backend systems and tackle genuinely hard technical problems alongside an elite engineering team.

🔧 You’ll work on:

• Distributed systems & backend architecture
• AI/ML infrastructure & data pipelines

✅ Looking for:

• Strong Python/backend engineering experience
• Experience owning systems end-to-end
• Infrastructure, platform, or DevOps background
• Startup or deep-tech experience preferred
