What Will I Be Doing:

Join a Series C established startup backed by leading Bay Area VCs that's transforming the insurance industry through AI. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing an innovative underwriting platform that empowers carriers with real-time insights. You'll build scalable ML pipelines, optimize prompt engineering workflows, and fine-tune open-source LLMs to solve complex insurance challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, with 3+ years focused on LLM pipelines
• Deep expertise in designing, training, and fine-tuning ML models, especially in NLP and LLMs
• Proficiency with scalable ML pipeline tools like Kubeflow and cloud platforms
• Strong background in automating and monitoring ML workflows in production environments
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Academic excellence and startup experience are highly valued
