Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate live or recorded virtual training sessions and webinars
• Designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns (training provided).
• Support learners using our e-learning platforms and tools
• Customize learning strategies in collaboration with team leaders
• Monitor participant engagement and recommend improvements

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in coaching, training, education, or professional development
• Comfortable with platforms like Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• A keen interest in personal & professional development
• Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
• A self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn new skills and further develop yourself as a leader.
