The Director of Growth Marketing will lead demand generation strategy and programs for Absolute. This individual will manage critical areas of the growth marketing team, including full-funnel demand generation, pipeline acceleration, content marketing, integrated marketing strategy and execution to drive profitable growth. This position reports to the VP of Marketing, collaborating with colleagues in channel, product, and international marketing, creative and web services, marketing and sales operations, sales, customer success, and finance stakeholders.

The base pay range for this position is from $165,000-175,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program.
