Job Title: Marketing Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Rate: $5.00 - $8.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you must be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and creative to work closely with the in-house NYC marketing team supporting a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands—ranging from high-end fine dining to casual concepts—across several states. You must be able to adapt marketing voice and messaging to fit each brand’s unique style, execute tactical marketing initiatives, and collaborate proactively with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting multi-location hospitality or restaurant or hotel brands, including both high-end and casual concepts is a plus
  • Ability to adapt marketing voice and messaging to diverse brand identities and customer bases.
  • Strong tactical marketing execution skills with a creative, strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency or strong desire to master email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar), reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and online reputation management tools.
  • Comfortable proposing and leveraging A.I. tools for marketing and operations.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to manage multiple digital platforms and systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with remote and local teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Voice & Messaging:
  • Switch seamlessly between high-end and casual restaurant brand voices, ensuring all marketing communications align with each brand’s identity and audience.
  • Collaborate with the company’s public relations firm to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing research to understand client preferences and market trends.
  • Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution:
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and update reservation platform profiles (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) across brands, monitor reservation data, and generate actionable reports.
  • Support CRM data management and segmentation (HubSpot, Salesforce), and assist with CRM implementation.
  • Online Reputation Management:
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s online reputation on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other relevant platforms.
  • Respond to customer reviews as appropriate and coordinate with local teams to uphold a positive brand image.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Compile detailed actionable reports covering email marketing, reservation performance, social media metrics, and paid advertising results.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights and proactive recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Technical & Systems Support:
  • Assist with website updates, graphic asset management, and ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Manage integrations with delivery platforms (DoorDash, Goldbelly, etc.) and other digital tools.
  • Propose and utilize A.I. tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Keep the company’s restaurant voicemail system updated and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
  • Additional Support:
  • Provide administrative support for event marketing and partnership initiatives.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
  • Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).

  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).

  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work

  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.

  • Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
