Job Description:

As a Content Writing and SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in content writing, search engine optimization, campaign management, content creation, and digital marketing. You will also be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.

Requirements:

• Must have at 4 - 7 years of experience as a Content Writing and SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Must have extensive knowledge of content writing, SEO, campaign management, and digital marketing.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment are essential.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, and SEO best practices.
• Certifications such as Google Analytics are preferred.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, and flexibility to occasionally travel or work outside of regular hours, are considered strong assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, print, social)
• Oversee community management, including timely and professional customer engagement
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar and assist with influencer partnerships
• Write and edit content for promotions, blogs, internal communications, and marketing collateral
• Capture and analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and competitive insights
• Develop monthly KPI reports and marketing performance summaries
• Conduct market research and support data-driven strategy development
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and uphold brand guidelines
• Plan and coordinate promotional events and marketing initiatives
• Manage and optimize digital presence, including social media, SEO, and paid ads
• Build partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and relevant stakeholders
• Track marketing KPIs and apply insights to improve campaign performance

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).

• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).

• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
