We’re seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who has experience of building and executive digital engagement strategies. Think hybrid of Digital CS (Digital-first CSM) & Customer Marketing!

Combing your Marketing and CS/ CX experience, you’ll join a growing, fast-paced tech company shaping the future of digital connectivity for large-enterprise brands. You’ll take ownership of digital engagement strategies, leveraging automation, AI, and data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience.
This is a tremendous opportunity to truly own the digital engagement strategy for a profitable technology scale-up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and optimise digital-first customer success programs.
- Enhance onboarding, product adoption, and retention through automation.
- Create engaging content and self-service resources.
- Utilise HubSpot and marketing automation tools to drive customer engagement.
- Use AI and analytics to refine customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to drive customer success initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Digital Customer Success, CX, or a related field – i.e. you’ve built a digital engagement strategy.
- Partner, Affiliate or Customer Marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of automation tools & CRM platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot and/or other customer engagement and marketing automation platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimising customer experiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced working for a technology scale-up.
Bonus point;
- Experience within Travel and/or Telecommunications.
- A background of working for a technology firm that’s built on a consumption/ MRR model.
What will really stand-out is experience of building and owning the strategy, not just executing! This is somewhat a standalone role initially and therefore you’ll need the skills and capability to drive this.
