The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer who lives and breathes modern web frameworks and understands the nuances of Web3 UX. You will help with the customer-facing layer and designing and shipping pixel-perfect experiences that feel as web2 applications but leverage the full power of decentralized rails.

What You’ll Do

• Ship product: Lead development of React/Next.js screens, flows, and reusable components for trading, bonding-curve launches, and social referral systems.

• Bridge Web2 and Web3: Integrate wallets, connectors, and custom smart-contract ABIs; handle transaction life-cycle states, optimistic UI, and error surfaces gracefully.

• Design-system stewardship: Iterate on our component library; enforce accessibility, responsive layouts, and theme consistency.

• Performance & quality: Profile bundle size, latency, and animation fluidity; implement testing and CI gates to catch regressions before they ship.

• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with back-end, smart-contract, design, and product teams.

• Innovation: Keep pulse on emerging technology and propose ways to delight users while maintaining security.

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional front-end experience (React/TypeScript)

• Deep knowledge of CSS-in-JS or utility frameworks (Tailwind, Stitches, etc.)

• Proven Web3 integration

• Strong grasp of state-management & real-time data

• Commitment to automated testing and CI/CD best practices

• Clear written & spoken English; ability to explain complex ideas concisely

Bonuses:

• Experience with Next.js RSC / React 18 streaming

• Familiarity with Figma & design-system automation

• Prior contributions to open-source DeFi or NFT projects

• Knowledge of web3 and DeFi libs & 3-D frameworks

• Understanding of MEV, order-flow protection, or on-chain analytics

• Crypto-native (trades, uses DeFi daily)
