We have ambitious growth goals and are on track to contribute significantly to reaching $50 million in revenue within the next few years. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee and optimize Able Digital's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for lead generation, including:
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Rep (SDR) to identify potential customers through outbound prospecting solutions and conduct targeted outreach campaigns.
- Identify market segments and develop targeted cold email campaigns.
- Partner with the SDR to refine cold outreach strategies via email to relevant possible customers for Able.Digital solutions.
- Facilitate cross-pollination between Able.Digital Sales Implementation /Team Jobs and Able Talent Staffing Jobs to maximize lead generation opportunities.
2. Marketing Automation & Analytics:
- Utilize Instantly.AI (marketing automation platform) to design, implement, and manage lead nurturing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Work with the Sales Development Rep to refine targeting and messaging for maximum lead qualification.
3. Content Marketing & Brand Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

- Clay (Marketing Automation/Prospecting/Enrichment)
- Apollo (prospecting)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospecting)
- Google Suite
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Collaboration:
You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless lead generation and sales process.
