Marketing Cloud Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal, external and client teams in drafting requirements and process maps
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Provide strategic salesforce advice, identify, and recommend best practices and processes
- Deliver solutions that increase the overall Salesforce user experience
- Resolve complex issues with salesforce related incidents
- Provide guidance when scoping and delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business needs
- Work with internal teams to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines
- Work effectively individually and with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success
- Conduct technical process reviews, technical UATs, and work in partnership with business analysts
- Write and groom user stories with business and engineering team to ensure the software requirements are satisfied
- Collaborate with software engineers and software architects to breakdown business needs into software requirements
- Ability to gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan and perform complex data migrations requiring transformation using a database, and potentially containing very large data sets
- Analyze data quality requirements, define data quality plan, and execute.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, have a clear understanding of strategic business requirements as well as deliver the following artifacts as needed
- Work with the A5 team and the customer to complete release planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming
- Support resolution for issues that arise in testing or production
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. (Draft system specification documents for new releases, and reviewing Salesforce Scheduled releases to identify any new features and trends to be included in future enhancement projects)
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years hands-on experience as Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
- Proven experience gathering requirements for Marketing Cloud
- Experience defining and documenting product requirements into small, well-articulated deliverables
- Experience with SAFe, Lean, and Agile software development
