📎 The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (Poker Focused) to help us ignite cultural moments, grow our community, and put poker back at the center of digital conversation. You’ll be responsible for ideating and executing organic marketing strategies that resonate with poker players and curious audiences alike. Whether it’s through memes, influencer collaborations, short-form video, or live content, you’ll craft compelling narratives that spread.

You’ll work closely with our content, community, and product teams to align viral content with product growth, and you’ll bring a strong understanding of poker culture — from final table blowups to grinder memes — to everything you touch.

🚀 Key Objectives

• Develop and execute viral marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and retention for our poker products.
• Own and grow social media channels.
• Create, curate, or collaborate on content that can live natively on each platform and speaks authentically to both hardcore and casual poker audiences.
• Work with influencers, streamers, and poker personalities to build collaborative content that earns reach and respect.
• Analyze performance across platforms and adapt strategy to maximize virality and community growth.
• Identify and ride emerging trends (formats, memes, topics) to place our brand at the heart of the online conversation.
• Partner with internal creative teams to ensure assets are on-brand, timely, and thumb-stopping.

🃏 What You Bring to the Table

🎯 Experience

• 4+ years in social media marketing, content creation, or digital community growth — ideally in poker.
• Proven track record of creating or scaling viral content (bonus if poker or gambling-related).

Poker Fluency

• Deep knowledge of poker — from game types and strategy to memes, drama, and cultural moments.
• Comfort speaking the language of pros, recs, grinders, and railbirds alike.

📱 Platform Mastery

• Hands-on experience managing social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X, Discord, Reddit).
• Understanding of how algorithms work and how to craft platform-native content.

🎥 Content Savvy

• You don’t need to be a motion designer, but you know what makes content shareable, how to edit a clip in CapCut, and when to hit record.

📊 Data-Informed Creativity

• You use engagement metrics to guide strategy and aren't afraid to test, learn, and iterate quickly.

🌍 Community DNA
