We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-impact global team within one of the world’s largest providers of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will be part of a strategic initiative focused on modernizing core business systems, transitioning to a Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, and leveraging AI-assisted engineering to scale performance and delivery.

This is a project for those who value technical excellence, architectural challenges, and the stability of a global leader company. You will work in an environment that balances independent ownership with deep cross-functional collaboration across international borders.

Your Impact

• End-to-End Accountability: Own assigned outcomes from design to production, ensuring timelines are met and blockers are escalated early.
• Architectural Evolution: Drive the implementation of Micro Frontends using Module Federation, Web Components (Shadow DOM), and React to ensure independent deployment and scalability.
• Backend Excellence: Build and optimize enterprise-grade services using C# .NET and SQL Server, ensuring robust API integrations and data integrity.
• AI-Driven Development: Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows (Prompt Engineering, MCP) into the development lifecycle to enhance code quality and automation.
• Global Communication: Provide concise status updates and align expectations with engineering and product partners worldwide.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in enterprise environments.
• Fullstack Mindset: Strong proficiency in C# .NET and SQL Server combined with solid experience in Modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Modern Architecture: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Micro Frontends (MFE), and Web Components.
• Quality Standards: Deep understanding of testing automation, documentation, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Autonomy: Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently with minimal supervision in a remote-first setup.
• English Proficiency: Advanced/Fluent communication skills are mandatory for daily global collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Storybook for component documentation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation and review tools.
