9Line is a leading 911 compliance company hosted in Azure, dedicated to ensuring reliability, security, and seamless experiences for our users. We are searching for a seasoned .NET Full-Stack Developer with strong Azure and Cosmos experience to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our user portal, APIs, calling, and other platform features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead backend development initiatives using C# (.NET8/9) and JavaScript / Python.
• Design, develop, and optimize APIs pivotal for features like calls, notifications, dashboards, and monitoring reports.
• Lead front-end development endeavors on our user portal using Blazor SPA, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive experience.
• Effectively manage and leverage Azure services, specifically Azure Voice services, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Load Balancers, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Storage.
• Interface with Azure Cosmos database, ensuring efficient data retrieval, storage, and optimal database operations.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO/technical architect to ensure scalability, robustness, and alignment with our technical vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services, particularly Azure Voice services, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Cosmos DB, understanding its unique attributes, best practices, and challenges of a globally distributed NoSQL database.
• Experience in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Python and Bash scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience with Blazor SPA for front-end development.
• Experience with voice technologies such as SIP or rtpengine.
• A passion for ensuring compliance and reliability in critical sectors.
• An eagerness to stay updated with the latest Azure services and .NET developments.
• A proactive approach, ready to take initiatives and propose improvements.
