About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Content & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our organic marketing channels and drive qualified inbound leads. You’ll be responsible for content that not only inspires but moves people — from first touch to CRM signup.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, platform strategy, influencer marketing, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy on social media and proprietary channels.

· Create and manage content for all stages of the sales funnel on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, blogs, email, and chatbots.

· Lead or participate in the creation of content — short videos, texts, visual materials, animations.

· Launch and scale marketing campaigns with influencers: from selection to ROI analysis.

· Independently post content across all channels.

· Collaborating with our production team and performance marketing team on messaging, timing, and testing

· Analyzing and reporting on engagement, lead, and conversion metrics

· Testing content options, optimizing formats, and sharing best practices across departments

Success Metrics (KPIs)

· Growth in qualified leads from warm/organic channels

· Expansion of CRM base via email and social opt-ins

· High engagement and conversion rates across priority platforms

· Positive ROI on influencer placements and strategic collaborations

You Should Have

· 3–5+ years experience in content marketing or organic social media

· Hands-on experience managing content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, X, and blog/email platforms

· Deep understanding of audience behavior per platform — what performs, when, and why

· Ability to build narratives and content funnels that generate real business outcomes

· Strong influencer marketing knowledge — sourcing, negotiation, results tracking

· Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, analytics platforms, and CRM

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High level of ownership, speed, and creative judgment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,105.98 - $60,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
