Our transportation client is seeking an Email & Brand Marketing Manager (B2B) who will help support growth and enhance the brand by developing and executing high-impact email
marketing campaigns, shaping brand strategy through creative content, and enhancing SEO-driven marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative design, and data-driven decision-making to enhance lead generation and drive business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage all aspects of email campaign development, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Create and manage segmented, automated, and personalized email workflows to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.
Brand Strategy & Creative Development
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, visually compelling email templates, and design assets to maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives.
- Support internal branding initiatives to foster employee engagement.
Content Strategy & SEO
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website performance, rankings, and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and provide data-driven insights.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
- Track competitor rankings and content strategies to proactively identify areas for improvement and enhance visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of SEO best practices and search engine trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
