Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce brand, is hiring for a Performance Marketing Director to lead their digital acquisition strategy across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, CTV, and OTT. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving efficient, scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, CTV, and OTT platforms.
- Manage and optimize media budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Lead performance reporting, leveraging data to inform testing strategies and campaign adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and optimize conversion paths.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media budgets across multiple digital channels.
- Deep understanding of Shopify and how to integrate marketing strategies with Shopify analytics and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative, data-driven mindset.
