About the Role

This opportunity is for a Senior Product Designer to create clear, trusted, and user-friendly digital product experiences that help people make confident financial decisions.

The role focuses on simplifying complex financial concepts, designing polished product experiences, and partnering closely with product managers and engineers to ship meaningful features.

What You’ll Do

• Own product areas end-to-end, from identifying user problems to delivering shipped solutions.
• Design thoughtful, accessible product experiences that help users understand and manage important financial decisions.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to define, refine, and ship significant product features.
• Simplify complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences.
• Explore, evaluate, and validate design solutions before moving them into polished execution.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and strong product foundations.
• Balance usability, clarity, trust, and business value in product design decisions.
• Communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners.
• Navigate ambiguity and changing product requirements while maintaining high design quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions.
• Experience contributing to or building scalable design systems.
• Strong product thinking and solid UX fundamentals.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, usable product experiences.
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and tradeoffs clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and in a fast-changing product environment.
• Collaborative mindset and a positive contribution to team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing financial products or fintech user experiences.
• Experience designing for users with different levels of financial literacy.
• Experience working on early-stage or fast-growing product teams.
