About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take ownership of client campaigns, drive real results, and grow long-term with us.

This is a 1099 contractor role with performance-based pay (no cap on your earning potential). You’ll collaborate directly with our CEO and internal team to manage advertising campaigns, funnels, client communications, and reporting.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in online advertising, media buying, funnel building, and marketing automations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Manage client onboarding and day-to-day communication
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns (YouTube/Google Ads optional—training provided)
Propose strategic creative concepts, angles, and copy briefs to our creative team
Track KPIs daily (CPC, CPL, booked calls, ROAS) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports
Use GoHighLevel (GHL) and ClickFunnels for funnels and automations (with support from our GHL specialist)
Support client upsells, renewals, and retention
Communicate proactively with the team, spotting challenges and opportunities early

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 3+ years experience running Meta ads and building funnels
Understand direct-response marketing and lead generation
Have strong communication skills and can keep projects moving without micromanagement
Are proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
Have invested in your own growth through courses, coaching, masterminds, or certifications

Compensation & Growth Path:

First 30 days (probation period): $3,000 flat rate
After probation: 15% of the monthly client retainers for accounts you manage (performance-based with 6-figure potential, $50k/year minimum guaranteed)
Payment schedule: Bi-monthly via direct deposit (5th and 20th of each month)
1099 Independent Contractor role with full remote flexibility
