About Resonance
Resonance helps organizations evolve from reactive to proactive employee wellbeing. We combine behavioral data, personal growth, and AI into a digital ecosystem that supports employees in daily awareness, energy, and motivation — and helps organizations build cultures that actually perform.
We're not building another HR tool. We're building something people will genuinely want to open every day.
The Role
This is not a coordination role. This is not a scrum master with a fancy title.
You will be the product owner of the first version of the Resonance platform, responsible for turning a validated concept, shaped through real employee insights, into a working product used by real people.
That means you will design the user journey of our wellbeing avatar, define how the daily PulseCheck experience works, translate this into clear and buildable product increments, and make sure the team ships continuously.
You sit at the intersection of product thinking, AI interaction design, and delivery. If that combination excites you, read on.
What You'll Own
- Define how the daily check-in works: the flow, the questions, the AI responses, the moments of reflection.
- Make it feel effortless and human, not like filling in a form.
- Iterate based on real usage, not assumptions.
The Wellbeing Avatar
- Shape the user journey around Resonance's central AI character.
- Define how it communicates, personalizes, and builds trust over time.
- Work closely with design and engineering to bring it to life in a way that feels genuinely different.
Product Delivery
- Break down the roadmap into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that developers can act on immediately.
- Own and maintain the backlog — prioritized, refined, and always ready.
- Lead sprint ceremonies and keep the team unblocked and moving.
- Be the final check: does what shipped match what was intended?
The Bridge Between Vision and Code
- Translate founder direction and user insights into concrete, buildable increments.
- Make the hard calls on scope, sequence, and trade-offs, and document why.
- Keep alignment tight across founders, design, and engineering without bureaucracy slowing things down.
About You
You've shipped real products before. You know what it takes to go from concept to something people actually use — and you've felt the difference between a backlog that moves a team forward and one that creates noise.
You're equally comfortable sketching a user journey and writing the acceptance criteria for it. You think in flows, not features. And you understand that in an AI product, the interaction is the product.
You bring:
- 3–6 years in a Product Owner or product-led role within a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Real experience leading development teams in agile settings, not just participating in them.
- Strong instincts for UX and AI interaction: you know what a good human-AI experience feels like.
- The ability to write user stories developers love: specific, unambiguous, and ready to build.
- Fluent English (C1+). Dutch is a plus
You're drawn to this if:
- You care about workplace wellbeing and believe technology can meaningfully support how people feel at work.
- You've worked on a 0→1 build before and know how to navigate this.
- You want to own something, not manage a process.
Bonus:
- Experience with AI/ML products or conversational interfaces.
- Background in behavioral design, psychology, or HR tech.
What We Offer

- Competitive salary with room to grow as the platform scales.
- The chance to build something that changes how people experience work, from the inside out.
