Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend-Oriented)

Role overview:

We're seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join our core R&D team and help build our cloud-based platform. You'll work across the stack, shaping the architecture, implementing new features, optimizing performance, and mentoring team members to uphold high standards. Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development in Node.js (C#, Java, or C++ experience also relevant), plus solid working experience with React.
• Proven production experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong skills with both relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Solid experience designing, building, and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud provider.
• Ability to own a module or technical project end to end and drive it independently.
• Strong software design fundamentals (principles, patterns) and a self-driven approach to problem-solving.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level and above, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes.
• Maturity with AI-assisted development — able to review and understand generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable backend services using microservices and containerized solutions on AWS.
• Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver robust, maintainable software.
• Model data and build/integrate REST APIs with third-party systems; contribute to frontend where needed.
• Work directly with Product and stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into well-scoped tasks.
• Mentor teammates, promote knowledge sharing, and uphold coding standards.
• Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and maintainability while keeping up with industry trends.
