What We’ll Call You:
Web Developer & Strategist
What We’re Seeking:
5280 Brands is looking for a talented and analytical Web Developer & Strategist to build, optimize, and scale the digital storefronts behind our growing family of wellness brands: R&R CBD, Summit, Orinoco (launching Q3 2025), and two additional brands. This role is ideal for a hands-on builder with a growth mindset—someone equally comfortable coding Shopify websites and making data-driven decisions to improve performance across the funnel.
You’ll lead the development of three new Shopify e-commerce websites over the next several months, while also managing and updating our two existing websites. You’ll take full ownership of technical implementation, content management, and landing page creation for advertising funnels across all brands. But just as importantly, you’ll bring a strategic lens to your work: analyzing heatmaps, bounce rates, user sessions, and conversion data to drive continuous optimization of the customer journey.
This role reports directly to our Retention Marketing Director and will play a critical role in our broader revenue strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with client service, acquisition, retention, and creative teams to ensure our websites are not only beautiful and functional, but fast, efficient, and built to convert.
Why Join Us?
Joining 5280 Brands means helping shape the future of natural wellness. You'll work across a portfolio of high-potential e-commerce brands with real purpose, and you'll do it within a collaborative, high-performing team. We offer a highly competitive compensation package—including equity after just 90 days. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to build something meaningful while growing your career.
If you’re a developer who thrives at the intersection of code and conversion, we want to hear from you.
