In this role, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and execution of responsive email marketing campaigns that engage and inform targeted audiences. The Marketing Operations Consultant will be the subject matter expert in HTML/CSS, email marketing best practices, and email client limitations, ensuring emails are visually appealing and function seamlessly across devices and platforms.
- Asset Development: Design emails, forms, and landing pages in alignment with client branding guidelines.
- Time Management: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple marketing projects to meet deadlines and ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks to ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and data are accurate, consistent, and complete. Address any issues with assets, copy, or configurations prior to execution and continually monitor performance to uphold high standards of quality.
- Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure all email campaigns adhere to legal regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and follow best practices for deliverability to achieve optimal inbox placement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years Oracle Eloqua experience required (Marketo experience also a plus)
- Background in marketing or related fields
- Understanding of marketing automation best practices and industry trends
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to build relationships with customers
- Proven ability to manage large multinational clients successfully
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive self-starter
- Knowledge of 1 or more CRM platforms preferred
