Role Description :

The Graphic Designer role at 4MANN INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site based in Andheri (E), Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for marketing materials, product catalogs, presentations, digital campaigns, and corporate communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for print and digital media, developing logos and brand elements, selecting and applying appropriate typography, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to translate project requirements into effective visual concepts, preparing files for production, and updating existing designs as needed. The Graphic Designer will be expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards aligned with the company’s emphasis on excellence.

Qualifications :

Freshers or 2-3 years of relevant experience.

MAX pay package - 4.2 Lacs PA

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type for clarity, hierarchy, and visual appeal.
• Competence in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work relevant to marketing, architecture, building materials, or related industries.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience is highly valued.
• Industry standards pay package for freshers or experienced person.
