Sr. .NET Engineer

4M is currently seeking a Senior Level .NET Engineer for our remote opportunity in Huntsville, AL.

**
Job Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with Software Development team in software architecture and database design.

• Collaborate with Software Development team in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.

• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.

• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software's business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications.

• Interface with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products.

• Write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications using Visual Studio, asp.net/c#, MVC and Oracle/MySQL.

• Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.

Experience Requirements:**

• ASP.NET, C #, Oracle, Visual Studio, TOAD
• .NET core experience or the ability and willingness to learn
• Proficient Azure Devops experience
• Software architecture and design
• Documentation of product enhancements and bug fixes
• Ability to understand the big picture, look forward, anticipate problems, and assess risk
• Demonstration of technical problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to brainstorm with other team members and leverage constructive feedback
• Enthusiastic about learning new things and taking on new challenges

**
Education Requirements:**

• BS in Computer Science or IT related field or BS and Equivalent experience in IT related field or equivalent experience
• Five years relevant experience

Clearance Requirement:**

• Active or Interim Security Clearance
