We are looking to add a seasoned, trustworthy, creative and customer focused individual to support the digital marketing needs of 4Forty Marketing clients. This is a contractor position. Under the leadership of the engagement manager, the specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing social media marketing campaigns, creating content aligned with messaging frameworks, implementing digital marketing strategies, and reporting results across digital channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable with working on a project-by-project basis with varying levels of utilization. Our goal is to develop a team of high performers that can grow with our consulting business. Boston and North preferred.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure digital marketing elements are following brand and messaging frameworks
• Partner with colleagues to develop and manage editorial calendars
• Develop walk-back plans for all editorial calendar elements ensuring ample time for development and approval of content
• Design and execute lead generation outreach programs using industry standard tools/platforms
• Monitor digital platforms and manage interactions, elevating when appropriate.
• Capture and promote leads for sales pursuit across all channels
Qualifications
• 10+ years experience delivering and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Proven experience working across all major social media platforms
• Expertise in paid digital marketing opportunities across platforms
• Demand creation tracking and examples of past success
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate work products (portfolio)
