Function
We seek a driven and results-oriented Head of Performance Marketing who thrives on execution and has a passion for growth marketing. The Head of Performance Marketing is responsible for overseeing the department entire pay-per-click (PPC) strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of coordinating between various platform-specific teams and reporting to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and team management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.

- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage the PPC budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PPC team.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
