Our client is a high-growth SaaS platform operating at the intersection of media and technology. Backed by leading investors and scaling rapidly in the US, the business connects content creators with the brands and agencies that want to reach them. With the US now their largest and fastest-growing market, they are looking to hire a hands-on Marketing Lead / Senior Marketing Manager to drive adoption, build lifecycle programs, and own core channels. This is a unique opportunity to join as the first dedicated US marketing hire and make a direct impact on growth.
The Opportunity
The business is seeking a full-stack “player-coach” marketer to own US marketing. This is the first hire of its kind in the States, reporting directly to the global Head of Marketing. The successful candidate will be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking projects from idea to execution while directing contractors and specialists.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in lean teams, enjoys building from 0→1, and wants to have a direct impact on marketplace growth.
Responsibilities
- Grow the creator side of the network — drive acquisition and engagement of media professionals.
- Increase inventory (requests and opportunities) to fuel the paying side of the marketplace.
- Build lifecycle and CRM programs to accelerate free → paid conversion.
- Own and optimise email + social as core channels, managing contractors/specialists where needed.
- Lead campaigns end-to-end: strategy, execution, measurement.
- Partner with global leadership to align on go-to-market while tailoring for the US.
Candidate Profile
- Proven generalist marketer with breadth across demand generation, lifecycle, and brand.
- Strong track record in email/CRM and social with measurable impact.
- Experience in a marketplace, network, or SaaS business where adoption and engagement are key.
- Capable operator who balances direct execution with managing others.
- Owner mindset — proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused.
