The Challenge & How You’ll Solve It

✅ Advance Predictive AI – Develop and refine AI models, going beyond traditional approaches.

✅ Lead & Scale the Team – Manage a cross-border team (US & Israel), fostering collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• 50/50 Leadership & Hands-On: Balance strategy, mentoring, and direct AI development.
• Develop Next-Gen AI Models: Fine-tune Hugging Face models, optimize predictive capabilities.
• Enhance Model Quality: Focus on evaluation, real-world performance, and production deployment.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

What You Bring

🛠 Must-Have:

• Strong machine learning expertise (predictive AI, not just LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, Transformers, AWS/Google Cloud.
• Strong Python and ML engineering principles.
• Proven ability to lead and scale data science teams.

✨ Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with health-tech, speech recognition, or behavioral analytics.
• Background in AI model deployment and optimization.
• Familiarity with real-world AI applications beyond research.

Location & Work Model

• Remote (East Coast preferred)
• Monthly travel to New York City for in-person collaboration.
