Key Focus Areas:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Design high-converting funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets
- Content Leadership: Oversee development of guides, blog strategy, ROI tools, and video content
- Development Campaigns: Manage end-to-end property marketing efforts and research initiatives
- AI Integration: Drive adoption of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable) across the marketing stack
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Create and optimize lead acquisition funnels and digital assets
- Develop content marketing strategy (e.g., investment guides, calculators, premium content)
- Direct marketing campaigns for real estate developments, including collateral planning
- Lead integration of AI tools across marketing workflows for performance gains
- Manage marketing budgets and conduct ROI analysis
- Analyze KPIs across buyer and inventory campaigns for continual optimization
- Collaborate with sales to align lead generation and handoff strategies
- Oversee webinars, virtual consultations, and other lead-gen content initiatives
What They’re Looking For:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Deep expertise in conversion funnel design and performance marketing
- Proven experience leading strategic content and campaign planning
- Background in real estate/property marketing strongly preferred
- Proficiency in using and integrating AI tools across workflows
- Strong data analysis and reporting abilities
- Leadership experience across cross-functional teams and vendors
Team & Structure:
You’ll set direction and drive high-level performance, while the Marketing Coordinator manages day-to-day operations. You'll also collaborate with an existing team of specialists:
- Ad Specialist
- Social Media/PR Specialist
- Graphic Designers
- CRM Specialist (may require replacement)
Success Will Be Measured By:
- Growth in inventory acquisition (agent onboarding, property listings)
- Buyer lead metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, pipeline quality)
- Content performance (engagement, lead volume)
- Efficiency improvements from AI adoption
