We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who operates at Tech Lead level.

This role focuses on architecture ownership, technical decision-making, and team leadership in complex e-commerce and SaaS products.

Format: Remote (candidates located in Ukraine or Europe)

Salary: up to 5000$ gross

English level: B2+

Core Requirements & Tech Stack

• 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP (Laravel)
• 3+ years of experience with React
• Experience with Magento / Shopware / WooCommerce (at least 2 years)
• 2+ years in a Lead / Tech Lead role
• Strong experience in system architecture design
• Experience with high-load / scalable systems
• Strong knowledge of APIs, performance, and security
• Experience with legacy code and refactoring

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve system architecture (includes creation of diagrams and documentation)
• Make and validate technical decisions
• Lead developers and ensure delivery quality
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Communicate with stakeholders and third-party integrations

• 3D configurators
• E-commerce solutions
